Ontime Automotive Champions Customer Service Excellence
§Ontime Automotive has been running a motivational scheme; ‘Ontime Champions’, acknowledging the outstanding contribution that its employees make to the business.
The company-wide scheme provides a means to formally recognise exceptional examples of customer service and is based on commendations received from satisfied customers.
Managing Director of Ontime Automotive, Justin Brinklow, says that the new scheme is central to the company’s customer service ethic.
“The champions of our brand are our most important assets and it’s important that we continue to recognise and celebrate their good work.
With the onus being on the consistent delivery of excellent customer service, the scheme is as much about our customers as it is about our staff.
This is just one of the ways we’re working to make sure our customers feel they are encouraged to make their views and needs known and is central to our goal of ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding value in the markets we serve.”
The most recent winners include a team of drivers from the company’s Rescue and Recovery Division; Andrew Squire, Michael Romanyszyn, Matthew Rockell, Mark Ashmore, Stephen Stanton, Thomas Wilson, Metin Enver, Ada Williams, Darren Scott, Lee Hill, Gary O’Connor, Stig Leedham and Shane Essex.
Headquartered in Hayes, Ontime Automotive is aiming to become the market leader in all its chosen markets including Parking Solutions; Fleet Assistance and Call Handling; Technical Services; Specialist Transport and Worldwide Distribution; Service Centres; Plant Movement as well as Rescue and Recovery.
